Journal Club. Dairy cows! Presented by Padraig Lucey.

Padraig Lucey, born in Ireland and attended Vet school at University College Dublin, graduating in 2016. Practiced as an ambulatory livestock veterinarian in Ireland. Completed the dairy production residency and MPVM master’s program at the VMTRC of UC Davis in 2020. Then joined the Animal Biology graduate group of UC Davis to study a PhD in animal nutrition and mathematical modeling. My research interests are preventative medicine and management of dairy cattle and the implementation of precision nutrition.
